Alma and Teresa Carrillo are illegitimate children of Basilio belonging to a rich clan. They were never accepted by his mother Josefa and his wife Doreen. The sisters never expect any help from their father despite suffering. They suffered more when Alma's husband Teddy was killed, leaving in their care her two sons, Abet and Jun. When Alma died only Raffy, the only child of Basilio by Doreen, helps his half-sister. Teresa fights back, realizing that as long as the Carillos dominates her life no justification for her existence will take place. This leads to a confrontation and showdown.
